Brooklyn Bowl and Sprinkles Cupcakes are two of the newest tenants at The Linq, a restaurant and entertainment complex planned mid-strip Las Vegas. The Linq, not to be confused with Skyvue, another Ferris Wheel entertainment complex  near Mandalay Bay will feature the High Roller Ferris Wheel. Standing at 550-foot-high the High Roller and Linq complex is part of Caesars Entertainment Corp.’s $550 million dollar retail, dining and entertainment district under construction and planned to open in late 2013.
